The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) spearheads the annual search for the Most Business-Friendly Local Government Unit Award to commend LGUs that have become successful in creating an environment that is conducive to business growth. The theme this year is “LGU’s Role in Building Competitiveness” to highlight LGU success stories and best practices that go beyond mere compliance to existing regulations.
