CORPORTAE GOVERNANCE

The Corporate Governance Committee seeks to contribute to the development and adoption of corporate governance practices among SMEs and champion regulatory initiatives pertaining to corporate governance. The Committee takes cognizance on the need for small companies to embrace the concept of corporate good governance essentially because of its ability to positively impact on the growth and sustainability of business.  Furthermore, the Committee offers quarterly public seminars and in-house trainings to its members and non-members.
